AFter fifty players if you wish to be able to add more you must upgrade your faction/guild. The cost for a lvl 2 faction is 2 million coins. So first you need the money to upgrade. Then you need to go to the same person you went to, to start the guild and upgrade it.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
lol, doesn't exactly take a "leader pro" to know how to make a lvl 2 faction...[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

He means a lvl 1 faction which is 50 members.I would suggest joing ans established faction as you going to have hard time recruiting.I am guild leader btw but not in this but all information still applies.i have to use the same methods as in this game and recruiting can be competive and you judge who you kick and don't.
You have to set the tone of the guild as to the behaviour. What types of officers are you looking for. There are lots of questionds you have to ask yourself before you start a guild up.I was promoted as leader so my guild was handed to me.It can be headache at times.Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.0 -
Yes, the kinds of recruits is very important since you want people to be able to become friends quickly. You might choose a faction name that is based on a theme or hobby instead of one that simply sounds cool. Many factions are filled with people who never chat or do anything with each other, so it's good to try to find your own solution for this problem. Try creating faction events to help people get acquainted. Also, try to be a little chatty to stir up conversations.
Of course, all of this doesn't matter if you can't get members. Most people just make announcements, but it can help a lot if you've already got friends who will become members of your faction. When making announcements, try to say more than just the name and requirements. You need to give people a motive for joining. Why should they care about your faction, after all? Give people an idea of what types of members you want and what your faction is all about.
Good luck with your faction. I hope it goes well. b:victory
PS: To create a faction, you must talk to an NPC in east Archosaur and you'll need 100k.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0
