whatsbest build for archer per lvl?

im going to make an archer but im not sure wat build per lvl. Im going to use crossbow also.

Is 4 Dex 1 Str good per lvl for archer?

    Xbows are for PVP mostly. They are very slow when it comes to PVE for leveling, I recommend a bow for leveling, or a sling shot.
