Not sure if this has been mentioned, but it would be very useful if we could track certain materials which then would show up on our map if we are close to it. For example, if I were tracking for mines and I were roaming around the map and came close to one, the mine would show up as an icon on my mini-map, letting me know that there is one available to harvest nearby.

I say this because Blizzard has this system implemented in WoW, and I must say it helps a ton. Kinda tired of putting in 10+ coords for mines/herbs only to find out that someone else has already harvested it.
