Question about 2 ** Weapons and Armour

Hi

Was wandering if anyone knew how to manufacture 2** weapons and Armour, i can only manufacture 1*. Have been to the auctioneer too much money to buy, is there any way of doing it without spending money

    just craft and have chances..

    from experiences.. best results are when you craft things your craft level.

    Go talk to duke blacke.. and see if there is a craftman not to see or if one has better chances for you.

    (talk many times.. and see if some craftman has issues with his wife, or if he is lucky that day)
    I look at all the trollers, and Pvpers.. and know they wouldnt have lasted 30sec on Camelot.

    Rules= Know your enemy (players and NPCs) gives you more chances to survive.
