120% attk and 150% exp, is that the highest it goes for any pet??

    Yes, but the 15 isn't really a percent.. it's actually just 15.

    It's only kind of "just 15". It's 10 exp per kill for an equal/higher level mob, and -1 exp for each level under the pet, down to a minimum of 0. After the 1-10 number is determined, it's adjusted by exp modifiers, for loyalty over 501 that would be an additional 50% so with that much loyalty you don't get 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10 exp per kill but instead get 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, 13, or 15 exp. Some values aren't a true 50% gain as exp is in whole numbers only, and for example 7*1.5=10.5 which gets truncated to 10.
