So I manually downloaded the patch...please help

I manually downloaded the 144-161 patch, double clicked to use it, and it's still taking ages to update. Help?

    Try launching PWI, click the "Manual" and browse for the 144-161 file. Remember it's a big file and may take several minutes to install. b:victory
    Non-mule characters:

    [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]....and Drazomyst.
