Everyone has gray hair...why?

i just noticed this recently after i downloaded the patch. all characters other than myself have gray hair and the same facial features, hairstyles etc. the only thing that changes is body type and clothing...its weird. it wasn't like this before. is this something to do with my settings or was it a bug in the patch? im not sure >.>

i feel like im surrounded by old people. =P
