i'm newbie (1 week) on PW and i wanted to know what is PvP and PK...

    PvP= player vs player(fightin another player)
    PK= player killing (killin another player)

    I worried about being on a pvp sever too. Alot. Wasn't sure It would fit in how I play the game, but like you I had some time in a character and didn't want to start over. I turned level 30 2 days ago (btw nobody can touch you untill lvl 30 and by then you are starting to figure things out). There is a lot of talk on pvp servers about getting randomly pk'd in the 30's and 40's and I wasn't looking forward to it.

    BUT by 30 you can fly no matter what your race and the rpking hasn't been terrible. It actually adds a whole new level to the reality of the game. You get killed, all the lowbies around you do and maybe you gripe about it as you heal and make some friends. Or you see some high level rpk scumm one shoting people and just for kicks you try to help out....you die....but you feel good lending a hand as you heal. Sometimes you come up with a good one line QQ to whisper to your killer. Sometimes you whisper your killer and if you're not a whiney QQr make a friend. It's fun, ,I don't know why I was so apprehensive.
