Names?

For some reason I cant see the names above peoples heads anymore. It isnt the hide/show peoples names button either. If you guys could help me out it would be much apperciated!

    I tried doing what was posted in that thread with no success. Do you have any other ideas?

    Top left corner of your screen. There are 4 icons. Click the leftest one until it grays out instead of being red/greenish.

    This was the first thing I tried. I know how those icons work and it isnt them.
