When i try clicking on cat shops it doesnt show there face and they have some weird ID Numbers like P-2312143. Some people are invisble to. My internet is working completely fine. How do i fix it?b:cryb:cry

    This is typically caused by a high volume of players in the same area. I would suggest leaving the town and then returning back. I had the same exact problem yesterday, but I went to the outskirts and everything went back to normal

    You met the 2312143 character created on that server. At least I think that's what the number means. I'm 10001 on mine. :D

    It's a common thing in west arch and also after you dc in an instance or something and rejoin the party. It's hard to follow your group when everyone is invisible.

    Leaving the general area then going back does seem to work though, as spoons said.
