Stuck on DQ20 - "Mission already taken"

I can't complete my second DQ20. I'm at the end, having killed 10 Dual-bladed Centipexes, but when I talk to the DQ Director, I get a popup saying "Mission already taken".

I posted this over in the Quest Help section, but have gotten very few views and no replies. I thought perhaps more people visit this section.

My best guess is that I've leveled up too far, or that it has something to do with the DQ31 becoming available and being taken. However, I didn't actually start the DQ31 until after I tried to turn in the DQ20 and failed.

Any help would be appreciated.

    DQ's seem to periodically "glitch out" for some people, with a variety of strange things occuring such as your problem. You could also try re-logging to see if that helps. If all else fails, the ticketing system will get you the help you need.
