Zen/Gold question

I havn't been playing this game very often, and I have a few very "noobish" questions about zen/gold and the such. I'd like to purchase a paysafe card, which is no problem, all I would like to know is, How much gold do I get, for say a $20 card. Any help/explinations of it would help alot.

    Ok, to be exact, I want enough gold to buy the following; a kirin mount(30), a pair of spurs to take kirin from lvl 60 to 20 req(15), about 20 training ess(no idea), and a few gold charms. Any estimates of how much that would cost in dollar amounts?

    $1 = 1 gold.
    If you know how much gold you need, you would spend that much in USD.
