FB89 Brimstone, Ethereal Abomination

Today was my first time I tried to solo fb89 hell, went all good so far..first boss easy, 2nd boss also then 3rd boss..random aggro..seemed to work cuz i kept staying in max range. tho it got to hit me once (4k) luckily i had hp buff so i survived and my pet regained aggro after the 1 hit.

It all went good so far and I was already excited about the drops until he suddenly nuked my pet..at like 3%.

Does anyone know if he does something special at his last few HPs? cuz I didnt have much trouble keeping the herc alive untill then it started hitting 1500+

    It's more about luck. Try to get an archer to solo it with you, just too kill it quicker when it self buffs.

    lol solo with another player there, thats a good one :p
    and no not anythign special, you just got a horribly unlucky string of attacks

    At the end, he buffs himself with a phys att+ & also sent me a -channel. Really scared me but luckily got thru

    if you stay in a direct line behind herc, his aoe shouldnt hit you either, you dont wanna be hit when he uses his patk buff.

    Yeah he did have a p attack buff up when he killed my pet but doesnt he cast this buff all the time? or obviously after like 5%? might need to change to robe build then i guess :p

    yes, he uses it in low hp all the time. itd help to get 2 levels on your herc too, it makes a huge diff :P

    leveled the pet to 87 too and now even fats is rolling my hercb:cry

    k faildom stop using the program....
    u are not even 89 and y are u in fb 89....
    i soled fats with a team isnt hard...my hurcles is 87 and tank perfactly(never died)...

    I was doing it from 86,made me lots of cash.

    @OP,if your magics so low to not keep up the healing during abomination,just get a cleric buff from a friend or something before you take him on,should do the trick.

    I'm not sure of minimum safe distance but i normally stay around 25 meters of him and never get hit by aoe.
    Quit 100%...and surprised my forum account wasn't banned...yet

    Aww your pet died, somthing terribly wrong when just one class can solo such a place.

    This boss is easy at 91. Keeping agro with herc is the problem even BMs pull it of b:chuckle

    I'm not sure its the hercs fault(for once)couple times i've drawn agro off abomination just by using extreme poison on it while spam healing,think if you even use a status effect on him theres a chance he can switch to you for an attack :O

    this boss is annoying cuz of the random aggro but i found out he hits lower than the other bosses in the FB though.. problem is attack buff at 5% too
