Character Creation Appearance Issue

Ichimokusan - Sanctuary

I am trying to create a certain character appearance with Male Blademaster. When I am in the character creation environment it looks how I want it but it gets messed up when I save the appearance changes by hitting Done:

Creation Screen: b:laugh



After hitting Done: b:cry



Anyone else experiencing this? If so has it been before patch or after patch that this started happening?

The issue is resolved. When I hit done the first time it always removes the facial hair and I went back in to add it and it finally stayed. As for the drag queen comment, I was trying to base the character on the Jade Emperor. who wears blue eye shadow. from The Forbidden Kingdom but the long hairstyles (other than the one I selected) in this game don't resemble Asian hairstyles from that time period, instead looking like some type of punk rock or emo hairstyles.
