Friendship Token Gives No Spirit (Bug Report w/ Screenshots)

The NPC says she will give EXP and Spirit but only gives EXP. I filed a ticket for this last week but never got a response. I documented this with images so people (especially GMs) understand what I am talking about:

    I've read in other posts that sometimes it does not give up the spirit...

    So far, sometimes has been everytime for me. Does anyone have a screenshot of this step giving the EXP and Spirit so I can see that I'm just having bad luck? Otherwise I am believing it is an excuse not to fix the bug that it "sometimes" doesn't happen.

    I would love to pick a dev's brain on what code is used to generate a flag to give you the spirit or not!

    If it is a random chance can a GM please state this in this thread. If a GM does not state this then I am going to believe "sometimes" isn't the official answer.

    Quickfix: Make the Dancer say she will give EXP and to the lucky person give Spirit.
