Do GM's ever log in game ?

I've been trying to catch online GM for 4 days now so far no luck at all.

Your Customer Support reps from India have no idea what they are talking about ...

    I want GM to talk to me in game.

    What are you talking about? Most of us are in California. Some are in Beijing, China, at PW HQ. Please do not make assumptions or try to start negative discussions in the Tech Support Zone. If you need help, please describe your issue, post screenshots and we will try to help you.

    GMs ARE in game, they usually run invisible. Their queue can amount to thousands of people. Some players might be helped in a few minutes, some players may need a GMs help for 10-30 minutes. If you are at the back of the line, it can take awhile. If you ask for a GM's help again, it will put you back at the end of the line.

    We reply to Tech Support tickets in the order that they are received as well. We try to reply in the same day. Some times it can take up to 3 days, sometimes longer.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    We have equal amount of talent on both sides of the pond.

    Do the GMs in China complain about the netlag too (due to the distance and hops away from the servers)? b:chuckle

    If GMs are invisible do they hang about anywhere and everywhere or just areas out of reach or where there aren't many players? IMO if other players knew this or GMs make their presence known more it'll deter them from breaking the rules more as they'll never know if there's a invisible GM watching. b:sin
