Makeover Questions

Hello, just a couple questions about using the makeover scroll. My character is female and I am really disappointed that I can't have people on my mounts.

1.When I use the makeover scroll can I change my gender. If not is there a way to do this?

2.Also, looking at my name you will understand, can you change your name with the makeover scroll? If not is there a way to do this.

I appreciate any help so thanks in advanced.

    nope and nope. Youd have to make a new character for those 2 questions.
