Manual Patch didn't work?

Sukeshi - Heavens Tear

I couldn't get the new updates the regular way because it stopped and said error, so I went to do it the manual way. I downloaded the two patches that were dated for 7/22/09. But when I went to start perfect world, it said previous update failed, try again. It acted like I hadn't just downloaded the new patches. Help?

Did you try applying the manual patch again?
