    take your lvl add 8 to it and devide it by 2 thats generally how much strength you should have, so for lvl 60 its
    60+8=68
    68/2=34

    Out of curiousity, how/where did 8 come from?

    Out of curiousity, how/where did 8 come from?

    My formula's a bit different, mostly because it works better in y=mx+b format.

    Take a whole bunch of values and find the variable; in this case, the values we know for certain are:

    Level required to wear
    Amount of strength necessary to wear it

    And our variable is:
    Strength per level

    So we must take some samples:
    ☆☆☆Charmed Robe (req. level 5, req. str 6)
    ☆☆☆Necromancy Robe (req level 12, req str 9)
    ☆☆☆Wraith Robe (40, 24)
    etc., etc.;

    We can now plug this in to a formula, easily; most familiar of which is:
    y=mx+b

    where 'y' is our str, 'x' is our level, and 'b' is our str required at level, or 'x', = 0.

    You can plug in values all day from every different set (as long as you take them from the same tier of item, in this case, only arcane armor) and get the same results. The problem becomes, as you'll realize soon, that some of the lower level items have a bit of a difference (the necromancy robe doesn't follow the formula, it requires 1 less strength than it should), but in the long run it's absolutely correct. Thus, our formula is "close enough", and can be used for simplicity assuming your goal in the game is to become a higher level:

    (y=.5x+4) for any level 'x' where x > 12, for all Arcane Armor.

    Haha, very interesting! Thanks for sharing! Had i found this sooner my Cleric could be somewhat better. Although i have been adding into all MAG, my other stats are around close to 30ish but havent added any since i noticed the STR req on arcane gear.b:chuckle
