Faction Banking System

As I have played Perfect World now for almost a year, one problem that may or may not have been discussed is a faction banking system. To have a collective way to bank would be helpful and would help factions collect items and gold to help with Wars and such.

    I've had to make 2 guild storage characters so far. It's annoying having to log on and off them to get things for and from guild members .___________.

    That sound almost as annoying as having to mail everything to guild bank accounts cause your guild lead is a silly little meanie . . .

    But yeah - seriously. It sounds like something easy enough to bring it, and lord knows it would make life easier for a lot of people.
