takeing dammage

Um hi ive been play PW for a wiol now and a problem is accuring. i am randomly getting hit with fire and poison and there will be no mobs near me why is this happening?

EX:2day i was flying in tusk and headed 2 dream village and i got hit with fire i was 78 high how did i get hit. its not that bad dammage im a BM and i got hit for about 400 dammage, also sometimes ill be walking and get hit rapidly with poison.

please some1 explain what is happening

    were you in pk mode? maybe you got a debuff from other player...
