Are the servers down?

I can't connect to any server and on PWI's homepage, it shows that all servers are offline. I can not find anything related to this under news or the forums. Is this a problem on my end or are the servers down?

yay. I was getting nervous it was something on my end I was going to have to spend countless hours researching and correcting
