PK Kills

As you all know, everyone has a PK ranking (though only the top 50 are known), what I want to know is, what do they count as kills?

Meaning, are TW, Dragon Palace and open PK kills counted or just some of them. Anyone know for certain?


Side-note: I wanna know what my kill count is - spoons, anyway of me knowing what it is?

    ...everything except for duels...but then again, you never really "kill" them there.
