Questions About Pk and Pk Servers

Well, ever since I've passed the level 30 mark, I've been randomly Pk'd by players who are stronger than me, along with being bored and immature. My question is this: Is there any way, any at all, to prevent one's self from being Pk'd after level 30? Is there no protection setting?

Yesterday evening I was Pk'd by some angry child who had lost one of his items. He decided to take his anger out on me, and I called him out for it. He basically told me to get over it, and that "this is a pk server". Does this mean that one or more of the other servers do not allow Pking?

    The only way is to stay in safe zones for the rest of your life or swich to pve. And he's right. It is a pvp servers and you are going to get rpked as many times a day as there are sand grains in Sahara. Like the rest of us. And player higher lvl than you will pk you just because their keyboard works and you show up on their screens. Welcome to harshlands and lost city.

    Lost City and Harshlands are PvP servers and therefore have auto-PK enabled at lvl 30. On the others, it's a choice you make.

    Lost City and Harshlands are PvP servers. As soon as you hit level 30, your name turns white, and anyone else level 30 or above is able to attack you. You, likewise, are able to attack anyone level 30 or above. PKing gains you a pink, then a red name. There is no way to stop yourself from being PK'd other than being alert, leveling yourself stronger, or staying forever within safezones. Lost City is more PvP active than Harshlands, with a much higher level population. So you ended up with the short end of the stick there - the PK on Harshlands isn't absolutely constant and most of the server is between levels 50-70 with just a handful over 8x-9x.

    Dreamweaver, Sanctuary, and Heaven's Tear are PvE servers. When players there reach level 30, their name stays blue unless they choose to turn it white for PK mode. PK'ers turn pink then red. You can turn PK mode off again, after 10 hours I believe. And then you can turn it back on again after a wait.

    I wish this had been explained to me before I chose a server....better yet, I wish I could switch to a PvE server with my current character. Maybe someday that will be allowed. But thank you all for your help. :)

    hmm here there are 2 ways out
    1)Go on a PVE server
    2)Call DRAGONII guild out for a hunt we are RPK(we kill red ppl)
    a full squad of lv 50's+ will do for a new pker^_^
    if u ned any help with any pker just give a pm to Crissti melita MeBlich(its with L) Bebop (all on harshlands*)


    EDIT: Btw any1 noticed that the PS is cleaner???? i wonder why.....:D

    Its not to late to join a pve server... you are just level 33, you can reach that level in a couple of daysb:victory

    Wait, what do you mean? When I reach a certain level, am I allowed to switch servers..? That would be great, though I'd have to bait for my best friend (IRL) to get to my level so we could switch together.

    But is server-switching really possible?

    no he means lvl 33 is only a few days of work

    don't get discouraged, from 30-52 i have only been pked a few times

    once you hit 40 you stop being rpked as much, since most ppl who call themselves "rpkers" just say that as an excuse to pk lvl 30s

    i even went to a pve server and quit Lost City when i first started the game, my friend told me you can get pked by some1 way higher than you whenever they wanted, but i ended up going back to Lost City

    You can switch to a new server at any time, but you cannot transfer characters, items or gold between the servers. You have to create a new character for a different server.

    Thank you all for your posts; I have created a new character in Dreamweaver, and so has my friend. We're really just in this game to enjoy ourselves through the scenery, the world, and each other's company, so PvP doesn't really appeal to either of us.

    Was his name Izaaak or something like that..

    Pk is not a problem as long as u stay white n pick a small guild.. If ya look at the map there's guild like Riot, Coqueror, etc.. Those kind of guild have enemies n it's even harder to do quests.

    Lv 30 be a little rough. Since ur the smallest person in the server. Think about high school.. Its like been a freshman.. Everyone wanna Pick on u..

    Most guild dont allow random killin, except ragequit, nsync n others.. They like to kill lower lv...
    30s n 60s are thoug.. Once u done.. It gets better..
    NEVER keep a valuable item in ur inventory.. U got like 5% chance of droppin item if u die (even with monsters) if ur white.. U shouldn't lose ur equipment
    I say stay in lost city since it's a fun server.. Pve gets boring after awhile in pvp once u higher.. U can join player killing wars or killin someoene that killed u... MOST red names wont lvl, they always stay in the same lv, in 1-2months.. U be their lv
