PVP Wizard Skills

Gimp_Slap - Lost City

Hallo everyone, I am a complete noob to this game, as is apparent. However I've played a Mage since: ********* [ages 10-12] where I moved on to a few other lame ones such as Maple Story, Oblivion, etc [ages 12-14] and at 14 I picked up WoW, [ages 14-16] where I played Nopulse ~ Crushridge PVP server all the way up to Lv80 and grinded out a full equipment array of raid epics. That's where I realized it sucked and 15 bucks a month is ****. Thus I found a random review on Perfect World International on YouTube, thought it looked fun, downloaded and now I'm here as a Wizard. Thus I am not a noob to the Mage class or anything relevant to it, I have my attribute point build set, +9mag and +1 str every 2 levels for a pure Arcane armor nuker. Now, all I need help on is:

1) What skills do I buy?
2) Which ones do I further upgrade
3) Which ones should I not consider at all

~~KEEP IN MIND: ALL I plan on doing is getting gear from PVE to then PVP with my Mage and kick the hell out of all the noobs who think they're cool.
