This happened to me when due to a lag she didn't stop flying. So I pressed the fly button repeatedly till she stopped flying, then started to fly, then stop flying and finally began to fly without showing her wings.

I've seen the winged meditating and underwater flying... and now this one b:laugh

    Happens to me all the time. When you press the fly button to make your char stop flying it seems and press the fly button right as they are beginning to land then your char will start flying without wings.
    The only way to win is to quit. b:bye
