Manufacturing flying swords?

I've read from other sites that flying swords can we manufactured. Was just wondering what skills are necessary for that and what materials.

    They cannot be manufactured, the "manufactured by X" in the name only means that this person used Wind Widgets to speed it up.

    u can upgrade your aerogear in 1k streams city,, in 1 of the forges,, u'll need wind widgets,, first 20, then 40 and for last 80 and 80,,^^

    Does aerogear tickets count as forging?~I know there are none but hypothetically you can forge an aero~
