game keeps closing (submit error ticket)

yea so ive sent 5 or 6 or maybe 10 submit error tickets when the game closes, but ive heard nothing. i just wanna play this game worked on this pc for about 4 months. after an update it started shutting me out of game with submit error ticket within 5 minutes. where i hve to put in role name account name email address ect. please someone help im lvl 63 i need to play having withdrawels b:sad i have scoured pwi forums and have seen similar issues but no way to fix it. hope someone can help me

    i have reinstalled several times verifyed several times and re-downloaded the software once still same issue havent added anything new to my pc nor have i changed any settings...
