Do the Developers actually listen to any of our suggestions?

Just wondering before I throw something up-
Do you think the developers would increase the view distance a little bit?
Its a little peeve of mine not being able to see very far in front of you...
Also, Will there ever be any graphical/sound updates for this game? its fun, and the areas are pretty, but the annoying fog and lack of any decent sound effects just get to me...

    Did you increase your distance setting to the maximum? You can see quite far with this maxed...

    hey if you go to setting ingame you can increase the quality. as far as graphics go this game has it all. I mean, just look at the water at maximum quality. Increasing it at this time will just create unnessasry lag thats already a problem for most. Infact most people dont even run quality at the current maximum because of lag, so why increase it? I agree with how I never see any developer interest in the suggestion thread. The only thing they fix(a little) is the bugs and thats it. Iv noticed none of our suggestions really matter .If PW china doesnt have it, we aint getting it. But then agian this is just my observation and not nessasarily correct.

    Not far enough, when you fly there is always a horrendous looking bog all around... I dont want anything stupid like seeing the entire world map, just enough to see the entire area I am in, this game does have really nice scenery.
