Genie skill

Im making a BM and i was wondering out of these skills wich skill reduces the targets P.Defense the most.

Tangling Mire
Impact
Howling Fist
Dragonfire

Also, how much more damage does Extreme Poison cause.

As for lucky points, they're purely just a matter of luck. You randomly get 1-10 points every 10 levels.

i cannot click on those skills the skills name is always under my curser i have actualy already looked there

Perhaps your browser is messed up? Both IE and Firefox work fine for me.
