Where to grind after Foxwings?

Where should I grind after Foxwing Supreme?

btw I get 18% per hour (with ESO) with Foxwing Supreme at my level. Isn't that too little? -_-;; I am Arcane wiz with TT60 weapon +5, 2 Flawless.

    yer the minions cuz thats one nice weapon.
    and they are water too so it should be easy.
    3 shot seems likely.
    if not just go to the vampire bats above the village of dreaming cloud
