Mount NPC Section 1: Idea

With America's failing ecconmy. Its harder for people to buy Gold, which is mostly used for mounts. Now, I know you use your Cash Shop for making new games and updates and such. But its not fair that people have to gather up so much coin to buy from Cat Shops and the mount not even be there. Many people in Cat Shops sell there mounts for more than there worth. You should be the judge of that. Which comes forth the Mount NPC.
Now, if you listen a little closer you might like this next part. More people will stop buying from teh Gold Aution things. Making that the people that want to sell the gold, have to buy something with it!

Mount NPC Section 2: How To Make it work
People go to the Mount NPC. Pick the mount they like, and if its land, spurr it with the "Upgrades" tab. Everytime the game updates. so would the Mount NPC. Mostly about what new mounts come out and such. Under each mount, would be how much Coin it would cost. [Perm Mounts Only. No Limited Edition]

Mount NPC Section 3: Spurring and WingWidget

Spurring land mounts is what many people do, but with this new Mount NPC is it a good Idea? No. Because the spurrs will cost 1 million Coins, adding onto the cost of your mount as well. WingWidgets, getting them, would cost 100 thousand coins [Just for one] Yes. which is a bit expesive, but this will also keep you payin in Cash Shop ;) You want Perfect World International to make more games and such don't ya?

Mount NPC Section 4: Limited Edition Mounts

No, Limited Edition mounts would no be featured into the Mount NPC. Keeps Cash shop going.

    You can buy horses at an NPC already.

    If you reduce the number of people that want to buy gold, you will reduce PWEs profits, so it will never happen.

    This game lets you sell any item you want from the cash shop in game, so, what you suggested would not add anything to the game content available, except to decrease PWE's profits, which is not a good thing if you want them to add more stuff and better servers for this game.
    Too often we loose sight of life's simple pleasures. Remember, when someone annoys you, it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown, BUT, it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and slap that mother#$@%#^! upside the head.

    PWI already has a very good system for trading in-game coin for CS gold as it is. I don't see any need to take mounts out of the CS when they are easy enough to obtain in-game .

    get to level 60. the money starts coming if you can manage to not train skills :D. With dq items I make as much as 425k a day (takes forever). Thats if I grind all day though. On a normal day its more like 125k a day. If you can manage to save money you make then you can afford that mount you want b:pleased
