FB69 and Key to the Altar quest

Ok, a couple of higher level friends did my 20/20/20 for me early so I could turn it in (last level) but I missed my Key to the Altar quest, that is, the one where you kill Noxtouch Culler for the Key to the Altar.

So my question is, is it possible to get this guy when the is dungeon wine (that is, does he stay around)?

Or do I have to run an unwined just to get him -_-

    He's an untabbed mini-boss. Always there. You can find him in a wined run. Little advice if you're going through the trouble of a seperate run for this, keep the dungeon open & unreset & turn the quest in immediately, cause you get a followup, to come right back & do a dig at the pillar in noxtouches room.

    Personally i'd just wait for your FB70 to do it all.

    Thanks, that makes me very happy =D They were doing it because one of them had never done their 20/20/20 (never bothered) so I just tagged along ^.^

    Good to know, thanks again, I (obviously as per my level) have not done my FB69 yet =p
