I would like the option for the Director to 'depose' the Leader...It could be made so that you would have to put it toward a faction wide vote or just a vote among the officers...Like if the leader suddenly starts acting like an A-hole or if he quits without warning...

    It should become possible if the Leader has become inactive for a long time (like a month) and require some coin. I am not sure if it should be doable if the leader is just suddenly a jerk.

    Indeed, though all you have to do to get around that is make an alt, join the faction with it, then promote it to Director (or just not promote anyone to Director). If enough people don't like the leader why don't they just make their own faction (at level 60+ 100K coins shouldn't be too hard to come by, and if they don't like the leader enough, maybe others will chip in)? Even if the leader goes MIA I don't think it should be possible, again, just make your own.

    Not a fair means at all. Director has the power to kick people from the faction. They could kick out all the people who wouldn't vote their way, keep the people that would, and tadah! Instant Leadership.

    Yea i think this idea is an ok though. but i think the guild leader needs to be inactive longer. What if guild leader is like am going on vacation for 2months and gets kicked out :D what would be better is if guild leader can take command once he is active again automatically.

    BADDEST IDEA! If a faction leader is inactive, the faction deserves to die. That's it! Start a new faction! It's the leader's fault that it died. too bad! no mutiny! EVIL PEOPLE
