Ok what is with it lately? I haven't seen many GM's lately, My friend is stuck in the cube because of a glitch that has happen several times... It's room 50. He did his thing with everything that required, it was fine the last he did it. He runs it again later, (when he was able to) he doesnt give him the option to finish it.


He has posted a Ticket several times and also does the GM button. He sat there for about 2 Hours and not single Response? Come on now, either get more active GM's or more GM's. So please fix this issue, you might lose alot of players because of this.

    Calling for a GM by the "I'm stuck" message puts you into a queue. Depending on how many people are in front and how long it takes to sort their issue is how long an answer can be. In this time do not under any circumstances click it again or you get put to the end of the queue again.

    Also answering the ticket can take, depending on the issue, a couple days. Again the same principles here sending another puts you to the end of the queue.

    Moral: Be patient they will answer.
