Can i get help with a download porblem

first off plz and thank u 4 helping if ur gonna :D heres my problem i had pwi b4 but i unistalled it 4 reasons 2 stupid to mention and now im downloading it again but when its almost finished install at 99% it says cannot create document in program files" C:\Program Files\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International" and when i check prgram files its there and wen i clik element client it says missing a file but i already verified all 4packs so if anyone feels like helping an idiot out thank ub:bye

    If you're using Windows Vista, make sure you install it somewhere other than the Program Files directory, ESPECIALLY if you're not using an admin account. Vista is very particular about letting things install to that directory for some reason.
