My function bar is gone.

I logged in one day, and my function bar was gone. I can still use my function keys to employ skills (if I hit tab enough times to get to the right invisible bar), but yeah... I can't set any new skills to or see the bar.
So, I was wondering how I can get my bar to be visible again. This is very annoying, and I don't really feel like reinstalling PW just to make my function bar reappear.

    Try changing the resolution a couple times till you see it again.
