Apothecary level 6 (VI)

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could craft Apothecary level 6 potions? All the towns I've looked at are only upto level 5.

    Level 6 Apothecary pots can only be crafted if you're in a faction that owns land. Certain pots can be crafted at certain lands. I think you craft them from the officers, but my faction doesn't own land so I'm not 100% certain.
