Strong Factions that don't own a territory?

When I am talking about this, these factions/Guilds cannot have a territory. Just give me a few. Not one please.

    Whats "Strong Faction" to you?

    If ur talking about number of high levels in that faction, than all u need to do is look ingame during bidding....

    If theire is such a "strong faction" without terrotority, then bid on the map...

    um. like immortal? they are still kinda a bit strong, just dont ses them around much anymore.
