Barbs: Pros and cons in pvp, must we need zerk?

so heres my basic idea of barbs being excellent pkers:
1. dual axes + fast skills = rapid high damage
2. high hp
3. ZERK

so yeah, i decided to get calamities for 70-90, but they are SO FRICKEN EXPENSIVE! the price has dropped to like 3.5-3mil, but its hard to save money when i need to repair and use the money for crazy stone. not getting calamities would be really helpful on my money making and saving and stuff, so i wanna know 2 things in this thread:

1. is zerk one of the IMPORTANT pros of their pking, or is it just a very good addition for them?

2. how is pking without zerk? i have been using a 54 hexagonal polehammer with zerk until now and its really useful to have, even if im not pking.

    I pk without zerk axes and I still do fine.. but yeah, zerk makes ur life sooooo much easier

    3m is nothing compared to 10m skydemon pearls 10m misty forest ring 11m for mountain crusher set because your to lazy to farm mats >_>, and a total of 6.8m for maxing perdition and bloodbath..

    I have 2 paris of xs


    one +5 with 2 g7 hp for tw when I pull carts

    My pvp axes are +8 with 2 perfect amber shards.

    They are fairly imperative for pvp. They make everything more lethal but most importantly perdition. A berserk perdition max level kills everything not heavy armor more or less.

    xs here are down to 3 mill easy you can find them cheaper if you really search.

    I saw a +5 pair for 3.5 in west adc =o
    only 10 vit though not 11 >_>

    3.5 mil on LC, DestroyTokio?! Really? The cheapest I saw was 3.4 for a mold >.> I'm gonna go level and get me some XS.

    Whats zerk mean? =(
    Im guessing its Berserk but dont know theres a useless "Z" in there.

    What does "xs" mean ?
    Im hoping someones not trying to abbreviate a mere 4 letter word of axes...

    zerk indeed means Berserk, dont ask me why.
    xs means the gold lvl 70 axes with zerk (calamity axes) also dont ask me where the name comes from.. the same with gx ( lvl 90 zerk axes ) probably from the malaysian server or sob:victory
