Snapshots Disappear

Prediction - Lost City

I took a snapshot of the time I PKed a gourd out of someone but now it's just gone.

I checked and I did save it, now suddenly I can't find it anywhere! I want that snapshot back! b:angry

This is the typical location of your screenshots, did you mean that you have already checked in here?

C:\Program Files\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\element\screenshots

yes i checked there like 10 times, i have some 20 snapshots in there but not the one i'm looking for, and yes, i'm sure i took the snapshot

Make sure that your Print Screen key is working correctly.

The game will only put screenshots in that directory if you are all the way in game (where you can see 3d graphics).

Otherwise, a single screenshot floats in "limbo" in the Windows clipboard until you Paste it into Paint or another image editing program.
