i have a prob someone help me

okay i had the window on and i exited the wrong thing now it says client running and i can't log in. The game is closed and i can't open it

    This happens if you don't Exit all the way through the screens.

    To fix it, Log Off of Windows or Restart. That will reset your computer so that it knows that you're not in the game any more.

    two possibilities:

    1.) when you log in, click "forced log", then sign in as usual
    2.) you're trying to open multiple instances of element client at the same time. Open up task manager and end the task "element client.exe or something like that.

    The best bet would be too restart your computer.

    HOWEVER you can also (assuming you are using windows)....

    Use this simple process (do realize that this only works for Windows operating system)

    1) Open Task Manager - to do this hit Control + Alt + Delete on your keyboard then click the Task Manager button

    2) Check if the application is open then close it if possible - on the "Applications" tab it should list tasks and the status, if you see elementclient.exe (or something similar) go ahead and close that by selecting it and then clicking the End Task button

    3) If you don't see it under Applications check processes - click the "Processes" tab in Windows Task Manager. This should bring up a fairly long list of procceses. Listed will be the "Image Name", "User Name", CPU, and "Mem Usage". Select the one called elementclient.exe (or something similar) then click the End Process button. It should be using a relatively large amount of CPU (it would have a higher number under where the CPU is listed) however it might not. Regardless, the process should be near the top of the list, most likely within the top 20.

    If that doesn't work I'd reccomend you do the fail/fool proof method of restarting your computer.

    Ok, restart or relog will solve ur problem.

    However, all u did is minimize game to tray (down right corner on ur desktop, near clock). To reactivate game simple expand it, find icon of PWI and click on it.
