Items for Cash Shop + etc?

1) Glowing Dyes - Allow clothes to be dyed with dyes that glow\sparkle\ glow-in-the-dark\ any other effect (Note: Allow the effects to be turned off\on).

2) Strobe Light Fireworks - Make a firework(s) that give the effect of strobe lights (effect only works if the time of day in the game is Night).

3) In-game clock - Make a clock to show the time of the server where it's located (EST servers show -5 GMT time and servers on the West show -8[?] GMT time) to help people living outside of the time zone which the server(s) is.

    Look at the top of your screen, next to the coord. There is a small icon, you will see the time of the server there.
