WHAT IS THIS please help me!

when i click start game on my launcher it gives an error with unreadable symbols, i have reinstalled the game redowloaded it nothing worked pls help me

    Hi,

    If your error message contains the word "DirectX", try this, it worked for me ;) :

    Start>Run>dxdiag
    Click on "display", then in the part "DirectX Features" try to enable DirectDraw, Direct3D and AGP Texture acceleration.

    I'm going to need some more information from you. Go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

    Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device and Drivers boxes:
