is hailstorm a recomanded skill?

    most people don't get more than one level because the damage is so low, the cast time & cool down are poor, and the stun is only 33% (which is static & works 1/3 times at level 1).

    So as a DD move it's not worth investing in, for the stun (which isn't really reliable) leave at level 1 & use when needed.

    lately I actually found quite a bit of use for it especially in FBs.
    worth lvling, but when u really have nothing else relevant to throw SP into

    I only have it at lvl 1. It's good when using other AoE - BT or BiD or MS, to finish off two mobs in two hits.. or three, depends.
