Question on my flying mount

I'm a veno, and I did the quest at 30, got my flying manta, it says "level 1".

Is there a way to get it to level 2?

AND...how do I accelerate while flying on it?

    Thank you.

    Press E and select Accelerate, it consumes Duration thoughb:surrender
    You can use widgets in cash shop to speed up your mount.
    Quit.

    Th OP is using the quested one pace waver which can not take wind widgets.It is only the cashshop ones that can first one being spotted manta which imho is great for Venos.
