Upgrade water pet skills

You know, i just thought of a very interesting veno question.

How do we update and train pet skills for water pets when we can't summon the pets to learn them on land, they have to be in the water. YET there is no pet trainer near any body of water.

How is that suppose to work?

    Ah, but there is, in arch there is a zoologist under water. Cannot remmember his name but I know where it is......
