HELP! items missing after maitenance

Before maitenance i had won the auction on a white ballroom dress i paid 800k for and also sent 1.5mil worth of TT mats to my alt. Now all are gone! Please help me GMs i want my items back! My sunshine blouse also somehow duplicated in place of the ballroom dress.

update: the TT mats are on my alt its just the ballroom dress thats gone

Oh well, at least I got my 14K back.
