(Not very sure where to post this, I hope it's okay)

I'm Mekara =D or Mek for short. It's 2 in the morning and I'm very bored, so since the servers are down I thought I take the opportunity to meet people. You'll have to forgive me, I'm not very social. So this is a week, nerdy, teenage attempt to make friends on Perfect World ^^;;;

I'm 16, FEMALE, shy, funny if you get to know me.
I like anime, art, any kind of music but country, and CSI <,,<
I'm looking forward to maybe making a future involving video games. And Already have a scholarship for Auto Repair (Yeah, I'm a car junkie <,,<;; )

Currently curled in bed with my laptop, bored out of my mind, and watching Family Guy =P

sooo... talk?? =3 just trying to meet people... #^^#

What ya'll up to?

    Whew, odd. Just got done 1-10 rating your name in a post before this, Mekara. Hi there! ^^ I'm Jasren! Somewhat new to PW as well, but my friends seem to think I level entirely too fast! Music-wise, I'm on about the same level. Country music makes me somewhat mopey, even depressed. A wee bit older than ya, 22 myself, but wow. 16 and already a scholarship? Well played! As for interests, well, at about your age I faded out of anime and the like. Mostly blame my buddies for dragging me out of the house and making me do stuff. (Ugh...stuff. ;P) As for what I'm up to, wee~eeell...Not a whole lot, to be completely honest. Just got off the phone a bit ago, and since PW's down I was debating either playing a bit of Soul Calibur or Oblivion, pending how my mood sways here in the next few moments. Oblivion would be more chill, but I managed to make Kain from FF2/4 on Soul Cal 4, which I'm all like...b:victoryabout him. But yeah! -Ahem!- When we get back online, hopefully in the near future, toss me a PM. I have a decent guild you can hop into if ya like, level's not a huge ordeal and plenty of folks that can help ya out if ya be needin' it. :3 Just an offer, no obligation. I found life a bit more funtastic with folks around to goof off with and talk to at a whim when online, makes those tedious quests and dull moments seem not so tedious and dull. :D!

    Note/edit: Forgot to add my interests after that tidbit! Haha, gaming (Go figure, right?) I love to cook, thoroughly enjoy religious debates (Gotta be careful with those, though...) and I also enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelit dinners for...two...oh, wait no...<_<; Nevermind. ::Cough::

    Older rock is okay, I prefer newer stuff, such as Post-Hardcore. : )
    "Following the social-stream" as my friend calls it, I just straight up enjoy the music.

    I enjoy both newer and older, to be honest. Some of it's good, and some of it's awful both ways. Though I have to say, an older band that hardly anyone seems to know but should is Television. Look into them. A lot of bands today were inspired by their work, specifically from the album Marquee Moon. :) Give 'em a listen, you'll hear a few resemblances to bands inspired by them, maybe you can play connect the dots, ya? :D As for bands newer-ish...eh. Wish Wolfmother would put out a new album. I know, I know...Woman is beat into the ground. I do love the song Vagabond that, and D&D'rs rocking out? C'mon. :P Not my bag of tricks, but I can totally respect it. Better end this before I end up writing an essay, lol

    Me offended by a guy with no pants? Never. ;)
    Music is a freedom of choice. I have a few friends who listen to music that I guarantee over 50% of people don't know even exist. XD Music is definitely a good subject to discuss, by the way.
