DQ NOOB-HELP! Where is town Elves Started?

I'm a DQ Noob even though I'm level 45. I just never did one. My fellow faction member said as a Cleric, I had to go back to the town I started at and talk to the Dragon Quest NPC. Trouble is..I don't remember WHERE or the name of that little town I started off in.

Anyone have the name or coordinates? I would appreciate it so much!! Thanks!
